Stay in the know with daily automated emails and/or mobile alerts. When you have access to reporting (speak to your agency admin) you can then setup web alert preferences.
Web Alerts
Select "Subscriptions" and check off the reports to schedule for automated emails.

- Email and name default to the logged in user. This can be changed.
- Missing Policy Numbers (missing or pending policy numbers and a cancellation date is within 14 days)
- Non-Sufficient Funds - funding min and max available
Time range is available for:
- Outstanding Acct Bal
- Return Credit Received
Time range and funding min and max are available for:
- Pending Cancellations
- Pending Renewals (based on prior year effective date)

Daily contains data from the prior business day. Weekly is sent on Mondays. Monthly is sent the 1st business day of the month. |
Mobile Alerts
The following alerts can be setup via text message and/or email message.
- Insured Email Address Change
- Insured Address Change
- User addition or deletion - admin only
- Premium Finance Payment Receipt
- Pay in Full Invoice Payment Reminder
