Tom Charbonneau, with four other associates, started Premium Financing Specialists in Kansas City in 1977. He launched the business on a single guiding principle that has held true through today: People do business with people. Under Tom’s guidance, PFS grew to become the fourth largest premium financing company in the country. Tom’s dedication and pragmatic attitude not only shaped our company’s success, but made a lasting impression on everyone he met.
