Additional Premium Quotes are new premium added to existing policies OR are new policies added to the same PFA.

 

  1. On the New Quote screen, look up the account by the Account Number.
  2. Check the Policy from the popup window to add premium to and/or select Add New Policy.
  3. Enter the policy details.
  4. Several fields will auto populate on existing policies.
    1. Policy Number and Coverage type 
    2. The expiration date will default to the existing policy expiration date.
    3. The Insurance Company is read only.
    4. The down payment, unless your program allows this.
    5. The Insurance Company is read only on existing details.
  5. The underwriting will retain information from the existing policy.
    1. The interval and beginning day of the month for the installment schedule.
    2. Finance Charge
    3. APR
    4. CRD
  6. The invoice will display a revised current balance and amount due that includes the AP amount.
  7. A PFA Disclosure is for additional premiums on existing commercial policies. It is limited based on state regulations. This feature allows a qualifying AP to have no signature required.
    1. Click Submit PFA for Processing to sent the quote to IPFS without a signature when available. 
    2. Signatures can be added to the View PFA Disclosure for your records.
