eSign options

When signing first and then sending to the Insured you can have IPFS email the Insured or email the insured yourself.

  1. Payment options include collecting the down payment and having IPFS collect directly from the insured.
  2. I will email the insured is a feature that will provide a payment link after saving the quote. This link can also be emailed to you for future reference. This allows you to craft your email and add any attachments needed.

Workflow

  1. Collect the down payment and agree to the representations to submit the signed agreement to IPFS.   

OR

  1. Collect the down payment directly from the insured allows the insured to eSign the agreement and pay the down payment via ACH, CC or if authorized Invoice. 
    1. Autopay can be set up at the time of down payment by the insured.
    2. eForms (if not previously enrolled) can be set up.
    3. Cancellation warning emails can be opted into.
  2. When paying the markets a commission popup is displayed.
  3. An email is sent to the insured requesting eSign and Down Payment completion.
    1. Once the insured complete the eSign process an email is sent to notify you.
