ENROLL or UNENROLL and UPDATE CARD
To enroll your insured in AutoPay by CC, go to the Account Status Screen > choose the account number to open the account details.
- Choose Enroll.
- Enter the credit card details and billing address and choose Confirm Purchase to enroll in AutoPay CC.
To unenroll the insured in AutoPay by CC, select Unenroll.
- The billing type is updated to reflect the default billing type.
- The insured can setup AutoPay for ACH or a different credit card.
To update the credit card connected to AutoPay.
- Choose Update Card.
- Enter the credit card details and billing address and choose Confirm Purchase to enroll in AutoPay CC.
Autopay can be setup on the account level by the insured.

Tips to get you started
- Enrollment emails are sent to both parties, regardless of who completed the enrollment.
- Recurring credit card is not available unless included in the program.
- The varied options are grayed out if the insured is enrolled in recurring ACH or has a past due installment or any amount in the credit field, as that will unenroll the insured.
Please encourage the insured to sign up for recurring credit card email alerts. These can be done on ipfs.com or through the mobile app and send payment receipts, unenrollment notifications or NSF transaction notifications with a copy to you.
