The insured view of the Account Search and Account Details is similar to your view; however, the functions are more limited.

On the Account Details Insureds have access to:
PAY NOW ENROLL or UNENROLL and UPDATE CARD HOLD
Can the insured enroll in AutoPay?Can the insured enroll in AutoPay?
When searching, the insured will only see their own account. The AutoPay column allows them to enroll, change the autopay method or change the AutoPay account type (ACH or CC). You can see if your insureds enrollment is active in your view.
