ipfs.com| Create a Renewal Quote

Renewal quotes feature is a time saver as the information from the prior year is carried over into the quote screen. 

Renewal quotes can be completed from the Start Quote screen, the Account Details Renewal button and identify them through the Pending Renewal Report.

1. From the Account details screen choose the Renew Button.
   1. Update the policy details and select continue.
   2. Review the quote screen to validate the information including the insured phone, email and cancellation warning features. 

   3. If you edit an insured address, once the quote is accepted by IPFS and becomes an account, ALL active accounts for that insured will be updated with the new address information.

OR

1. From Start Quote, search for the insured by account number. 
   1. On the account selection screen if the quote is eligible for renewal, it will be available to select.
2. Ensure the insured contact is displaying the email, phone number and cancellation warning feature. If not, please edit the insured to include those data points.
3. Critical items to update.
   1. Policy details, including the policy number.
   2. Effective and expiration dates.
   3. Premium.
   4. Taxes and fees.
   5. Minimum earned.
   6. Cancellation days.
4. Save. You are ready to move forward with sending the quote to the insured to eSign and pay the down payment.
