The first person to register with the Web Access code and preferred mailing address zip code is automatically given admin rights.

1. Additional users can and should be set up as additional admins.

Removing an agency admin will remove all user profiles.  It is critical to add a new admin before removing permissions from an existing admin. You can call your branch office for assistance.

Go to Admin > User Manager.

A Web Access Code provides access to an admin. The admin can add users. If you have multiple locations, you will have multiple Web Access Codes.

• You can grant a user access to more than one location.
• That user is considered an Associated User to the additional locations and can be provided with permissions to perform functions within each location.
• The location becomes accessible through a dropdown on a variety of screens, such as Account Status and Quoting.  

• Admins are granted admin rights for any location they are added to as an Associated User.  

You may have one user that is responsible for a task across all locations, such as eSign or making payments. That user must be associated to each location, and each location must associate that user, so they may perform the tasks and functions authorized.

The Associated User's Admin must give you recriprocal access by adding you as an associated user to their location.

Integration Mapping allows you to connect the names/values used in your AMS for coverages, carriers, producers, brokers and insureds with the names/values Imperial PFS uses.

This allows you to set up a URL to act as an endpoint to process HTTPS requests (data transfer).  Specific events in the lifecycle of a loan (cancellation, agreement booked, etc.) can be subscribed to and Imperial PFS will send the data to your endpoint. Subscriptions can be toggled on and off or paused. Admins can view the history and status of each event activity.

Basic authentication is the industry standard in which any authorization tokens are returned in the header of the HTTP Post and is the authentication type to use.  However, Salesforce Authentication is only used if the endpoint the Webhook calls is a Salesforce (force.com) URL.  Salesforce is unable to read authorization tokens from HTTP POST headers and requires the use of a Connected App from Salesforce.
