Complete 1or a series of quotes through the copy quote function. This can include differences in premium, coverage or differences in the down payment and installments.

Once you Create a New Quote or multiple quotes you can send to the insured to select and make a payment.

1. From the Quote Status Screen, select the Action column ellipsis and choose View Payment Options.
   1. You can initiate the eSign process once you have saved your quote or saved the last quote when offering multiple options.
2. Select IPFS TotalPay (if presented with options).
3. Choose Insured Selects Payment type. 
   1. The additional copies of the quotes for this insured are presented.
   2. Drag and drop any additional quotes available to present to the insured. Use the arrows to review the quote details or remove a quote with the (-) sign.
4. Choose who will email the insured IPFS or I will email the insured.
   1. I will email the insured provides a payment link after saving the quote. The link can be copied and emailed to you for future reference allowing you to craft your email and add any attachments needed.
5. Agree to the Terms and choose Submit

1. If the user is restricted from signing the PFA, when sending to the insured first, they will have to choose an Authorized User. This does not apply if the only option presented to the insured is paying in full only, through a special program.
