How do I make a payment on behalf of the insured?How do I make a payment on behalf of the insured?
- Search for the account and choose Pay Now from the Online Payment Column.
- When entering a new bank account to choose the " ⚪Insured's Bank Account Information" account if you are paying with an insured account. Designating an insured account prevents it from being saved to your agency payment account list.
- The "is Proxy" column should say "Yes"

The revoke button is used to cancel an existing payment and is available on the payment receipt until the payment is posted to the account.
- Select pay now and the pending payment button to display available receipts.
- Select the receipt number to print/email a receipt and if eligible, revoke a payment.
Click to launch inline guidance to revoke a payment submitted that has not been processed.

An originating ID can also be known as a Company ID or ACH ID. This number identifies the institution attempting to withdraw money from you bank account. By adding the IPFS numbers to their approved list with their bank accounts, insureds that have recurring payments, or AutoPay, with IPFS will not miss an installment.
