1. When a quote is outside the program, an exception is triggered for the Account Executive to review.
2. Once the Account Executive has completed the underwriting process and email is sent to indicate that the quote is ready to electronically sign.
3. Return to Quote Status page and select the elipsis under the action column to move forward with payment options.

The following exceptions can be triggered requiring a review, when a quote is created outside the agreed upon parameters.

The exception status is displayed in the Quote Search screen.

2. Lowered APR
3. Dowered Down Payment
4. Increased Number of Installments
5. Override CRD (check release delay)
6. Payment Interval
7. Coverage Limit
8. Credit Review
9. Coverage Exception Type
10. Policy Underwriting Review
11. Balance Due
12. Policy Term
