Active Account Status
| Cancelled |
Cancelled due to default on a payment. This also includes "no fault" policy cancellation if the cancellation is initiated by the insured or provider. |
| Current |
The account is not in default and is in good standing. |
| Delinquent |
The late fee has been billed, and a notice of intent issued. The account will display a eligible cancel date. |
| Grace |
A period of time after a payment is due before a late fee is assessed. This is governed by state law. |
| Pending |
Eligible for cancellation but has not yet cancelled. |
| Promised |
The account has been placed on "hold" and won't be cancelled until the hold date has been reached. This status changes daily as the account ages. The number of days held will decrease daily. Comments entered are sent to IPFS for approval. |
| Paid Off |
The account has been paid off ahead of the payment schedule. |
Inactive Account Status
| Zero Balance |
No balance on the account. An account moves to this status 30 days after the balance is reduced to $0.00 with all charges paid. |
| Charged Off |
Accounts in collections for an extended period of time. The transaction charge-off is typically the principal and account fees with unearned interest waived. This results in a zero balance, and collection activity continues. Below are some additional Charge off status that may be applicable.
